Math

We are in the middle of Chapter 4 and will have a quiz on Wednesday.  It will cover multiplication. We are also making Flash Cards to review math facts each night. Taking the time to memorize multiplication facts in 3rd grade is so important to your child’s success in Math in future grades. Please review them nightly.

ELA

I will be giving all ELA tests this week including  Comprehension, Grammar, and Vocabulary. We are having the tests on Tuesday. This is an extension from last week.

We are not using our Journeys textbook this week. We are reading Abby Takes a Stand by Patricia McKissack.

Grammar:  words in series and dates
