Academics

Math: We have learned about telling time and elapse time. Students will need to identify the number of minutes after the hour and the number of minutes before the hour, tell and write time to the nearest minute and measure time intervals in minutes. They will have to solve one-step word problems involving addition and subtraction of time intervals in minutes. We have completed many examples of elapsed time using a number line.  We will continue to review Monday and Tuesday, and our chapter test will be on Wednesday.
