Academics
Math: We are learning about time. Our last test on perimeter was not a success for most of the class. The test was confusing, and as such, I will not be counting it. I will continue to review perimeter throughout the rest of the year. Also, there are still some children that do not know their addition, subtraction, and multiplication facts. I am restarting Xtramath with addition. Xtramath.org can also be used at home for extra practice.
ELA: For Unit 4, Weeks 3 and 4 our essential question is “ How do animals adapt to challenges in their habitat?” The following is a list of everything we will be covering in ELA, including our vocabulary. There are no spelling words this week.
