“Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.” – Helen Keller
It’s a busy, short week, and there is no school on Friday. I will not be assigning Spelling homework outside of the reader’s notebook page.
This Thursday is St. Patrick’s Day. We will be having a celebration with bagels in the classroom. Thank you to Julianne’s mother for arranging everything. Everyone should wear green as we celebrate St. Patrick spreading Christianity.
Math
We are continuing our work with fractions. We are having a quiz on Chapter 9 on Tuesday. I do encourage the children to use fraction strips from the following website: toytheater.com/fraction-strips if they are having any problems.
