“Education is the key to unlock the golden door of freedom” –  George Washington Carver

I can’t believe the school year has come to an end. All of the children have been amazing, and I am going to miss them!

I am especially grateful to our class parents, Ms. Conyers and Mrs. Shannon. They had been wonderful at coordinating everything.

I will be sending home school books and supplies throughout the week. Please make sure your child empties his or her backpack each afternoon.

On Wednesday, we are going to have Game Day! After doing some school work in the morning, we will play games. So, if your child would like to bring a game to school on Wednesday, please allow him or her to…just one game.

Our last day is on Thursday. Our class parents are going to celebrate with a class party.

Finally, I am going to be sending home a review packet for the students to complete over the summer.  It will also be posted on the school website. The packet will be due the first full week of school in September. When the children return the completed packet to school, they will get a N.U.T. card. I also encourage everyone to continue to practice their multiplication facts.

Thank you for a fantastic school year! Have a wonderful summer!
