NO SPELLING THIS WEEK

Science: Students are continuing to analyze data from dinosaur fossils in order to provide evidence about the appearance and behavior of those dinosaurs when they were living. In the continued activity, Dinosaur Detectives, students are comparing the traits of dinosaur fossils with the traits of modern animals in order to help a paleoartist draw a dinosaur as accurately as possible.

Social Studies: Students will begin working on famous African American reports. We will be reading books, using the internet, and taking notes. Students will assemble the information in a graphic organizer, and present their report to their classmates.  This will be a project that we will be completing in class.

Religion:  In John 14:6 Jesus said, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” We are focusing on the six chief parts of Christian doctrine: the Ten Commandments, The Creed, Lord’s Prayer, Holy Baptism, Confession, and the Sacrament of the Altar.
