Scholastic book order forms went home last week. The orders are due by Monday, December 4th. Our class code is GZBYH. And you can use the link scholastic.com/bookclubs to place your order online.
On Tuesday, we are watching the Christmas Assembly for the older students.
Santa Shop is on Tuesday. We are going at 11:00. This is a change from the time listed on the papers that were sent home.
Math
We are continuing with multiplication in Chapter 4. Our chapter test will be on Wednesday, December 5th. We have Rocket Math homework every day in addition to our regular Practice Book homework. Please review Rocket Math papers every day. Taking the time to memorize multiplication facts in 3rd grade is so important to your child’s success in Math in future grades. Please review them nightly.
ELA
We are having our ELA tests on Friday, December 8th. They will include Comprehension, Vocabulary, Grammar, and Spelling.

We are learning how to test and improve a solution
Social Studies
We are learning about Mexican workers and living in Mexico. We will be creating inclass travel posters.
Religion
We are studying how we learn and use God’s word. We will also be learning about different tools to help us understand the Bible. I have also included the link here Third Grade Memory Work and due dates. Our Wednesday will be on the Matthew 1:21.
