Toddler News – Week of February 3rd

Hope everyone had a great weekend and was able to stay warm.   While the cold weather is keeping us from playing outside at school, we have been busy playing in the gym with the balls and parachute.  We have also been doing more singing and dancing as well as some yoga.  Looking forward to warmer weather and being able to play outside.

This week we will continue to talk about arctic animals and hibernation.  We will also talk about Groundhog’s Day.  We will be talking about P for polar bears and working on practicing shape recognition using a penguin matching game.  We will also talk about love and hugs in preparation for Valentines Day.

I will send home the sign up sheet this week for the Mystery Readers and I will also post a sign up on Class Dojo for our Valentines celebration.
