Toddler Class News – Week of November 17th

Hope everyone had a great weekend.  With the weather getting colder, please remember to send in hats and gloves.  We try to go outside as long as it is not below 40 degrees.  We will send home notes this week for any child who may need to replenish wipes or diapers.

For the next couple of weeks we will be talking about woodland animals, Thanksgiving and family.     We will also talk about what it means to be Thankful.  We will talk about the letter T for turkey and Thanksgiving.  We will also continue to practice recognizing  shapes and  colors during circle time.  We will sort different animals during circle time into big/small   During music and movement time we will practice moving like different animals.  We have also started practicing some songs for our Christmas program.

During Jesus time we will talk about the stories of Abraham and Moses.  We will also talk about being thankful for all God has provided for us.

School wide Thanksgiving Feast on Tuesday, November 25th

No school November 26th – 28th for Thanksgiving Recess
