The Pre-K News: Week of January 12th

Last week, we started the new year, 2026, and we began learning about the season of winter and of ice & snow.  We learned about the changes winter brings to our environment and we explored the science behind ice and snow.  This week, we will discover more about the winter animals that live in the frozen arctic habitat.  We will discuss bears, narwhals, arctic foxes, seals and snowy owls and explore how they are specifically adapted for their frozen environment.  We will also discuss letter Nn and number twelve.  Our ABCs of Faith for the week are N is for night, nice, nest and nurse.
