Hi everyone! I hope you enjoyed your weekend. Please continue to check their green folders for any important information or notices. This week is another 4 day week. We will have our spelling test on Thursday instead of Friday. This week is the last day for our scholastic book order. If you would like to order books use the code I sent over Dojo and put in your order before Friday. Any questions or concerns, please let me know. 

Spelling – 3x each is due on Wednesday and our spelling test is on Thursday. Our spelling words this week are: leg, beg, men, hen, head, bread, grass, spin, there, again

Math – We started module 3 last Thursday. Our next math test is TBD

ELA – We are in unit 2 now of wonders! The students have learned our routines of what we do in ELA and have been doing great. Our reading test will be on Thursday. I am sending home today our unit 2 story books. This weeks story is called “The Red Hat”. We will be reviewing and going over short e this week. We will also learn about “ed” being in the past tense and nouns. Our HF words are: again, help, new, there, use.

Writing – This week we will be answering “What is one thing inside a firehouse?” and “Why is Jen’s job so important?”.

Social Studies/ Science – We are starting our moon unit.

Religion – We have begun Unit 3 which is titled “God Raises Up Leaders”.
