This Week in Art

Doodle4Google ART CONTEST ~ Please make sure you read the letter that was sent home regarding this year’s exciting art contest for all students in grades Kindergarten through Grade 8.  The theme this year is My Superpower is…. The deadline for submitting entries is December 3, 2025.  Good luck to all!

ECC ~ This week we start coloring our Coffee Filter Turkeys in preparation for Thanksgiving.

Kindergarten ~ we will start tracing, cutting and painting our turkeys

Gr. 1 ~ this class will start to add different features on their hot air balloon multi-media collages such as clouds, basket, ropes etc..

Gr. 2 ~ we will finish up our Wild Thing Collages

Gr. 3 ~ 5 ~ these classes will be completing their Thanksgiving tissue box centerpieces.

Gr. 6 ~ this is our last week to finish designing our sports jerseys

Gr. 7 ~ we will start selecting and sketching our Christmas card designs

Gr. 8 ~ this group is still coloring/shading their still life cornucopias

Art Elective ~ we are working on our amusement parks complete with roller coasters and ferris wheels
