Just a reminder:  Next week is winter recess!

7 Math:  This week we will begin our unit on 3D Geometry.  We will be learning about cross sections and surface area.  On Friday, 2/13 there will be a quiz on surface area and cross sections.

Life Science:  This week we will be learning all about domains and kingdoms.  The 9.1 quiz will be on Tuesday.  The 9.2 quiz will be on Friday.

Biology:  The evolution test will be on Tuesday, 2/10.  This week we will begin our new unit learning about food chains and food webs.

Physical Science:  This week we will be learning more about ionic, covalent and metallic bonds.  The 13.2 quiz will be on Wednesday, 2/11.

5 Math:  This week we will continue with fractions learning how to find a common denominator.  On Wednesday, 2/11 there will be a quiz on adding and subtracting fractions/mixed numbers with common denominators.
