7 Math:  This week we will be learning about the area of circles, rectangles, parallelograms, triangles and trapezoids.  We will also be learning how to find the perimeter of shapes.   The quiz on area and perimeter will be next week.

Life Science:  The chapter 5 test is on Wednesday, 1/14.  This week we will continue working on the aliem lab learning about traits and characteristics.   We also will begin chapter 6 where we will learn about DNA.

Biology:  This week in class we will finish up the lab we were working on last week.  We will also begin our next unit which is about evolution.

Physical Science:  The 12.2 quiz is Thursday, 1/15.  This week we will continue learning about the periodic table of elements.

5 Math:  The quiz on diving decimals will be on Friday, 1/16.  This week we will continue learning about how to divide decimals.
