5th Grade Social Studies – This week, we will continue focusing on the events leading up to the Revolutionary War, including the Boston Tea Party and the First Continental Congress.

5th Grade Science – The students did an excellent job on their Astronomy projects last week! This week, we will continue learning about the Moon with a fun (and delicious!) Oreo Orbit Lab. We will end the week by exploring what causes the seasons.

5th Grade Religion – Last Friday, we concluded our lessons on the Old Testament. On Tuesday, students will take the Unit 4 test. The study guide was provided last week in class and is also available on Google Classroom.

6th Grade Math – Our focus is on expressions, constants, coefficients, and variables. There will be a quiz on expressions on Monday, March 9.

6th Grade Earth Science – On Tuesday, students will take the 8.2 vocabulary quiz. We will then begin our lesson on earthquakes and their impact on society. The 8.3 vocabulary quiz will be on Monday, March 9.
