Hello Fabulous Fourth Grade Families!
Just a reminder that there will be no school on Friday, October 24th.
Below you will find what we will be doing for each subject this week:
ELA: This week we will be reading the Scholastic text, The History of PB&J. We will be working on comparing and contrasting, as well as learning about different text features. Our Frindle ELA project is due on 10-23. This will be ELA HW, we will not be completing in school. In grammar we will be learning about fragments and run-ons. .
Math: This week in Math we begin Unit 2: Multiplication and Division Problems, Module 4 and 5 have been combined. We will be learning how to Multiply muti digit numbers by one digit numbers. There will be a quiz on 10/28 and a test on 10/29. Helpful handouts, videos, charts, reteach pages, and the HW can all be found on Google Classroom and are excellent resources.
Religion: In religion this week we begin Unit 1-God Creates the World and Calls a Nation. We will be focusing on the book of Genesis.

Science: This week we will be using Mystery Science to learn about how we can make a sound machine.
Blessings,
