This week marks our first vocab quiz for unit one.  The quiz will take place on Friday.  The books have been handed out and the homework assignment is posted in the classroom.  Please have your child study a little each night.

In class, all grades will begin a short story and the review of our story elements.  This first story will include assignments based on RACES, summary writing and characterization.  All assignments will be completed in class, unless noted in the classroom.
