Dear Parents,
This past week, we enjoyed our Thanksgiving Feast with the whole school. We said a prayer and then enjoyed eating together with all of our friends. Thank you again to the parents who volunteered for the Thanksgiving Feast, and also to the parents who brought in dessert for our classroom party. We so appreciated all of your help!
December is going to be a fun-filled month! This week we will begin discussing the importance of Advent. We will explain to the children that Advent focuses on themes like hope, peace, joy, and love, helping people reflect and get ready for the celebration of the coming of Christ. The children will make some cute crafts, including a traditional advent wreath with a different candle each week to represent the themes. We will also be making some fun Christmas crafts to decorate our classroom and get ready for the Christmas season.🎅 🎄
