Dear Parents,
We hope you all had a blessed Easter and enjoyed the Spring break. We missed everyone so much and can’t wait to hear all about everyone’s break!
This week, the children will be learning about the letter K for Kite. They will learn how to recognize, sound out, and write the letter K. We will continue making fun spring crafts to decorate our classroom and halls. We will also continue tending to our community garden.
on Wednesday we will celebrate Heritage Day in school. This is fun and meaningful way for kids to celebrate their backgrounds and learn about others. We will share some of our traditions, holidays, and family customs. Please feel free to send in any literature about your child’s traditions or even a traditional food to try at snack.
The children have been working so hard on their art projects for our upcoming art show. We can’t wait for you all to see our work! It’s going to be a wonderful show.
