ECC2-Nursery- Week of 3/23/2026

Dear Parents,

We had a great week learning about Irish culture and had so much fun at our St. Patrick’s Day party.  We didn’t catch that pesky Leprechaun but had so much fun trying.  Thank you so much to all that contributed for helping to make it a great celebration!  We also welcomed the season  of Spring by working in our Scholastic Weekly Reader and making a Spring hat.

This week we will learn about the letter U for umbrella. The children will learn how to recognize, sound out, and trace the letter U.  We will also continue discussing the season of Spring.  Our little learners will be discovering the signs of spring such as flowers blooming, birds chirping, and warmer weather.  We are so excited to go outside and enjoy the warmer weather approaching!

For religious instruction, we will learn all about Palm Sunday. The children will make their own Palm leaf in preparation of our Palm parade on Wednesday. All are invited!  The children will also learn how Jesus teaches the disciples to pray.
