This week we celebrate Holy Week.  We remember that Jesus died on Good Friday and that He rose again on Easter Sunday.  Our lessons this week will focus on Easter traditions, the season of spring and the new life blooming all around us.  We celebrate the gift of new life that Easter and the season of spring brings and we rejoice in the symbols of the season:  spring flowers, baby animals, Easter eggs, etc.  We will celebrate this most holy holiday with a special Easter egg hunt with our class.  We will also create our own special Easter snack to enjoy together on Wednesday.  It should be a fun, short week before a long break.  We wish everyone a happy Easter!
