Picture day is Tuesday, 10/7.

Math 7:  There will be a quiz Thursday, 10/9 on rates and proportional relationships.  This week we will be learning about proportional relationships and three types of percent problems.

Math 5:  There will be a quiz Friday, 10/10 on dividing by a 2 digit divisor.  This week in class we will spent time on learning how divide by a two digit divisor.  It is also very importnat that multiplication facts are studied and memorized as this will help with learning division.

Life Science:  The 2.2 quiz is Monday, 10/6.  The chapter 2 test is Friday, 10/10.  This week in class, we will be working on a project researching animals and their characterisitcs of how they are living.

Living Environment:  The chapter 8 quiz is Thursday, 10/9.  This week we will continue learning about photosynthesis and why it is an important process for certain organisms. We will also begin learning about cellular respiration and why it is important to cells.

Physical Science:  The 2.3 quiz is Friday, 10/10.  This week we will be learning about chemical properties and how they are different from physical properties.  This week we will be completing a lab learning more about the differences of physical and chemical changes.
