Hi everyone! I hope you all had a nice weekend. I enjoyed seeing everyone who came to the Santa Breakfast! For this week please continue to check their green folders for any important information or notices. Our annual tree lighting event is on December 14th at 4pm.
Spelling – 3x each is due on Wednesday and our spelling test is on Friday. This weeks words are: make, take, came, game, gate, late, chin, graph, some, today
Math – Our review is on Monday for module 5 and our math test is on Tuesday. Then, we will begin module 6, Understand Put Together and Take Away Problems.
ELA – Our reading test is on Thursday. Our story this week is On My Way to School. This week we will begin learning about long vowel sounds. This week will be all about long a with magic silent e. We will also be learning about contractions with not and review verbs. This weeks HF words are: some, today, now, way, why, away.
Writing – This week we will do more comprehension checks. We will also do a writing craft that follows the The Grinch Who Stole Christmas.
Religion – We have reached unit 4 in our religion books.
