This Week in Art

Preschool ~ this week we are recreating W. Kandinsky’s Concentric Circles painting using different sized cups and caps for printing.

Kindergarten ~ we will finish making the faces for our Leaf People collage

Gr. 1 ~  we are putting together our multi-media hot air balloon texture collages

Gr. 2 ~ this week we will create the funniest “wild thing” construction paper collages you have ever seen

Gr. 3 ~ 5 will continue making the centerpieces for our Thanksgiving feast

Gr. 6 ~ will be designing their own sports jerseys

Gr. 7 ~ we will be working on our word art construction paper collages

Gr. 8 ~ is making a drawing of a cornucopia (concepts:  overlapping of shapes, texture, value, emphasis)

Art Elective ~  we are working on our amusement park buildings
