Happy November!

I hope you have a wonderful short week. Just a reminder that Thursday is parent teacher conferences. I am looking forward to meeting with each of you on Thursday.

This week we will be focusing on the following topics:

There will be NO COMPREHENSION , VOCABULARY, GRAMMAR, OR SPELLING TEST. There will be a reading log for HW this week.

Math- This week we will start Chapter 4-Divide by 1 digit numbers.

Social Studies- This week we will continue in S.S. Chapter 2, Three Worlds Meet.

Science- We will begin our second unit of study, The Birth of Rocks, learning about volcanoes, and the different types of lava.

Religion- This week in religion we will be exploring the Old Testament story of God’s Promise to Abraham .

Please always reach out if you have any questions or concerns. The best way to reach me is through talking points. I am looking forward to a fabulous year with this group of fantastic fourth graders.
