Hello Parents!

We are continuing with the theme, “Our Community” and starting the second unit which is called “People We Meet.” BIG idea: The workers in my community help everyone. Knowledge focus: Children learn about the role of the community in their lives and the importance of good citizenship. Social-Emotional focus: Responsibility. The theme vocabulary words include: doctor, firefighter, librarian, mail carrier, police officer, work and workers. Math vocabulary words include: closer, distance and further.

We will be learning the letter Hh, color gray, and #10.
