8th GRADERS NEED TO SEND IN THEIR BABY PICTURES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE FOR THE YEAR BOOK.
Students are to choose a book for the March-April book project. (This is the last independent project of the year!) The book project is due on Wednesday, April 14th.
6th Grade ELA: The students in sixth grade are wrapping up their Greek unit. They will be working on a project in class. We will be studying sentence structure: Subjects and predicates.
7th Grade ELA: We are going to read a play and study science fiction- The Monsters Are Due on Maple Street. The students will review sentence structure.
8th Grade ELA: The 8th Graders will be working in groups and analyzing poetry. They will create a slide show and present their findings to class. Students will also review sentence structure.
7th Grade Religion: We are finishing up our projects on how weddings are performed in other parts of the world after reading about the wedding at Cana. We will begin to study for Unit 5 test. We will have our test on Wednesday, March 14th. Please note that a new memory quiz schedule is on the classroom.
