Last week we began a new unit of study called “Global Passport.” In this unit we will explore travel and different cultures. This week we are introduced to the “World Market.” We will learn about items of cultural value that one might find at a world market including masks, kites, rugs, drums and lanterns. We will also learn more about letter Kk and the concepts – red, heart and brave. It should be an exciting week of world exploration!
