Life Science: The chapter 5 test is on Thursday 1/12. This week in class we will be working on a lab reinforcing the concepts of genetics and inheritance.
Living Environment: The chapter 14 quiz is on Monday. The chapter 15 quiz is on Friday. This week in class we will be learning about selective breeding and genetic engineering. The Unit 4 exam is on Tuesday 1/17.
Physical Science: The 5.4 quiz is on Tuesday. The chapter 5 test is on Friday. This week we will be reviewing for the test. In class we also will be creating a snowball launcher reinforcing the concepts of motion and gravity.
6th Math: The quiz on quartiles and box and whisker plots will be on Tuesday. In class this week we will be learning about dot plots, frequency tables, and histograms.
7th Math: This week in class we will be learning about the circumference and area of circles. We also will be completing a project on scale drawings.
