Math 6

This week we are continuing with our unit on Algebraic expressions.  This week we will do more practice with combining like terms.  There is a quiz on Wednesday, 3/30 on distrubuting, factoring, and combining like terms.

Math 7

This week we are still working on our chapter about  statistics.  Students will be working on a sports statisitcs project as well as learning about historgrams and dot plots.  The unit test on this chapter will be on Friday, 4/1.  

Pre-Algebra

This week we will focus on learning to use the distance formula.  At the end of the week we will be working on a lab  about pythagorean thereom, midpoint, and distance formulas.  There are not any tests or quizzes this week.  

Algebra

This week we are continuing work on Chapter 9.  We will be learning how to solve quadratic word problems and systems of quadratics using graphing, elimination, and substitution.  There is a quiz on Thursday, 3/31.
