Reading: We are reading The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane together. It’s a great book with themes on loss and recovery, kindness and compassion, and the journey of self discovery.
Individual reading: choice of The Report Card, Ralph S. Mouse, or Dog Man: A Tale of Two Kitties.
Writing: Valentine writing pieces: persuasive, narrative, informational, reflective.
S.S.: Ch 11. Two foldables and quiz will be graded as a test.
We will be exploring famous African Americans.
Math: Ch 6: Adding and subtracting fractions. quiz Thursday, test Friday.
Religion: Love.
Science: Unit 2 test Tuesday.
Please complete the secret parent homework and return by Friday.
