Welcome to Mrs. Flomer’s class notes.
This is our last full week of school!
Spelling- The words for this week are: sad, sadly, slow, slowly, dust, dusty, trick, tricky, help, helpful, beautiful, friendship. We will have our LAST spelling test on Wednesday!
Reading: There is a test on Lesson 29 this Wednesday. The children should know the suffixes –ful, -ly, and –y and adverbs. The story is Hi! Fly Guy.
Math- We have been working on completing the practice pages in the back of our workbooks, getting ready for second grade Math.
Social Studies- Laws; Citizens
The last test for this school year will be given on Tuesday, June 15th. I will send book 5 home this week so you can review the yellow highlighted words with your child.
Religion- We will complete our religion curriculum (Book 9).
