SPELLING- The new words are: bug, cut, nut, rug, fun, run, could, one. The words should be written 3x each by Wednesday. There will NOT be a spelling test this week due to the shortened weeks before Thanksgiving. The test on these words will be on TUESDAY, November 22.

NEWS

I am looking forward to meeting with all the parents on Thursday at parent/teacher conferences. There is no school for the children that day.

We will have a special visit on Monday from a Hicksville firefighter who will speak about fire safety and show the children his truck and all the tools on it that the firemen use!

I will be sending in the Scholastic Book order this week, if you would still like to order online or give your order to me.

Please return your child’s menu choice for our Friends Feast and the $5 by Wednesday. It will be wonderful to have the whole school together again to eat and celebrate.

Have a great week, and contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
