BOO! I can’t believe we are in the last week of October already! Time sure does fly when you’re having fun. As we strive to keep everyone safe, please remember to complete the daily attestations each morning prior to coming to school.
We have so many fun activities planned for this week. Tuesday kicks off our spirit week with pajama day. I hope everyone can participate. Thursday is orange day where kids are encouraged to wear anything orange. We will have an orange/pumpkin party on Thursday and we will visit a pumpkin patch at Trinity where the children can pick a pumpkin and decorate it to take home.
The theme for the week is spooky. There will be ghosts and witches in the air – literally! The boys and girls will make a ghost and witch craft this week. We will read stories about pumpkins and Halloween. During centers, we will play with spider webs (cooked spaghetti) and be little scientists as we explore the inside of a pumpkin.
