Please note, there is no school on Monday, May 30th in observance of Memorial Day. I wish everyone a happy Memorial Day as we honor, reflect, and remember those who’ve made the ultimate sacrifice for their country. The countdown to summer vacation is on! Buckle up – you are in for some excitement!
We’ve finished all of our units in our Mother Goose Time curriculum! We will finish our last “My Big World” titled “Safe Around Town” this week as we talk about summer safety and how we can stay safe this summer.
Our ECC Week of Fun kicks off with character day. I am looking forward to having parents be mystery readers (details to follow) and sharing all of our favorite books with each other. Friday concludes with Tie Dye day and our PTFA will be providing food for the kids as we enjoy some extra outside fun time.
We are also working really hard practicing for our moving up ceremony. I can’t wait for you to see your little ones get their certificates and officially become preschoolers!
