One more week of Winter and then Spring is finally on its way! We finished up with the tricycles last week so let’s hope for nice weather so we can get outside.
This week in our Big Day curriculum we continue with our Growing up Healthy unit with the topic “Taking Care of Myself”. We will read First Aid, I am Sick, and Eating the Alphabet. Our vocabulary words will be: exercise, fitness, healthy, hurt, medicine, nutrition, rest.
Our letter this week is Uu. We will practice writing the letter U, create a list of Uu words, and have Uu show and tell on Friday.
For math we will be learning #20 and comparing “Which holds more?”
In Jesus time this week we will be hearing the story of Mary and Martha, and we will be continuing to learn the Lord’s Prayer.
Friday is St. Patrick’s Day so remember to wear green!
