Happy second week of January!
This week our topic in Big Day is “Animal Homes”. We will read Animal Homes, Bear Snores On, and Click, Clack, Quackity-Quack. Our vocabulary words will be: burrow, nest, habitat, tunnel, hibernate, web, hive, and woods.
Our number this week in math will be 12. We will also review counting with ten frames.
For Jesus time we will learn about little boy Jesus.
Our letter for the week is Mm. We will practice writing the letter Mm, make a list of Mm words, and have Mm show and tell on Friday.
This week we will also learn about Martin Luther King Jr.

School is closed Monday January 16 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr.
