Welcome back everyone! I hope you all enjoyed the very snowy break. I can’t believe it is already the last week in February and March and Spring are just around the corner.
This week we will continue our Imagine it, Make it theme with the topic “Things We Build”. Our new vocabulary will be: invention, materials, and plan. We will read The Three Little Pigs, White Rabbit’s Color Book, and Buildings.
Our letter this week will be Ss. We will read an Ss story and sing an Ss song. We will also make an S is for Sunset project.
For math we will begin reviewing numbers 1-20. We will also practice building with different materials including wooden blocks, cardboard blocks, Legos, and other materials.
For Jesus time we will learn the story Jesus Feeds the 5,000. We will also talk more about Lent and begin learning the Lord’s Prayer.
February is Dental Health month so we will talk about dental health this week with a weekly reader and a healthy teeth project.
