The 4th grade class had a great first week of March.  This is a smart, hard-working group of students!  They take each task and challenge and face it with determination.  Are two trimesters really over already?

In the coming weeks, I will be giving my speech about making the third trimester their personal best.  “Best” is different for everyone; “best” isn’t only about grades; “best” is not only about being a student.  I will be encouraging the students to give the greatest effort they can in their learning and their interaction with everyone around them.  I want to see them all finish 4th grade at the top of their game.  I want them to look back on their 4th grade year and hold it in a high regard because they felt proud of themselves.  Ok, I know, we’re not at the finish line yet!  There is so much more work to be done.
