“Today a reader, tomorrow a leader.” – Margaret Fuller

Important Information

Monday is our Fall Party. It is also a dress down day, so children should wear orange. If your family celebrates Halloween, I wish you a happy Halloween. There will be no homework on Monday.

In class, we are finishing up working on our Seasons of Gratitude file folder project. We are thinking of all the people, places, and things we are grateful for. When all the projects are complete, we will be hanging them in the hallway.

We have made plans for our first field trip of the year. We will be going to see the Wizard of Oz at the Belmore Theater on Friday, April 21st with the 4th and 5th grades. I know it is a long way off, but I wanted you to be aware. I will be sending out the permission slip in February.
